Strong willed, with cascading blueberries sweeping to a broad bold finish, this wine changes how you think about merlot. Complex, yet subtle, the inky darkness belies its playful character..  Try with roasted wild boar, or better yet, over a great burger!

Aromas of blackberries and cassis. Swirling bright and buttery cherry flavors dance with cranberry and dark chocolate on the mid-palate. Unlike most merlots, this one offers mavericky tannins with a blast of warm ripe fruit. Try with a bleu cheese crusted filet mignon!  These grapes came from a high-elevation vineyard on Paso Robles’ Westside to yield a weighty Merlot with rich cherry flavors.  

Clinging heroically in the ancient soils of Westside Paso Robles, this sumptuous cabernet astounds the palate with layers of cassis, black currant and toasty blueberry.  A hint of silky chocolate renders a dapper dark cherry finish.  Pair this integrated fruit-forward vintage with Kobe beef or the perfect filet mignon sizzling on the grill.  

Arching lazily with a cheery sangiovese, an opulent cabernet and a plush merlot, this Super Tuscan melds Bordeaux and Tuscany in a way that would make the French blush!  A whisper of oak and ripe cherry fuses playfully with the cassis and choclately cabernet goodness to a rich lingering finish.  Savor with roasted Sonoma duck meatballs and goat cheese fettuccini.
