Very Dry apple 'table cider' made from early season (August) apples like Gravenstein, Jerseymac and Yellow Transparent. Complete malo-lactic fermentation leaves a butternut finish. Very light and delicate apple wine good for hot summer days. Moderate alcohol at 8% ABV.
