A family owned and operated Winery and Distillery in California since 1983. 12th generation winemaker & master distiller Miles Karakasevic and his son, Marko, hand-craft wines & spirits in small releases. The wines include Cabernet Sauvignon plus a White Port & Red Port made from the brandies they distill.

Spirits include 100% Midwest Grain Vodka, Whole Fresh Fruit Flavored Vodkas, Straight Malt Whiskey, Grappa and Black Walnut Liqueur. Also, watch for a limited release of Pastis. 2003 should see the first release of Charbay Brandy, 1983 barrel.
