Desi's Dew Meadery is a small winery located in the piedmont region of North Carolina. The winery focuses exclusively on creating fine sparkling and non-sparkling meads using a blend of traditional and modern methods to create exceptional and unique completely handcrafted meads. All meads are created using only regionally local honey. The sparkling meads are riddled and disgorged by hand and use no sulfites or preservatives. The still meads include one melomel and one mead made exclusively from Tupelo honey.
