"Our Passion is Tradition" is the motto the Hall's chose to describe their winemaking efforts. Hand crafted from the native Muscadine grapes, Noble and Carlos, the wines offered include:
Mary Rose Red, a dry Noble, Southern Breeze, a sweet Noble, Golden Harvest, a semi-sweet Carlos, Hush-Hush Blush, a semi-sweet blend of Carlos and Noble. They also have a small supply of blueberry and strawberry wine 'in the making'.
