Winemaking is an ancient and honored art, and nowhere is it more evident than at Brotherhood, America's Oldest Winery, located in the picturesque village of Washingtonville, NY. Established in 1839 and continuously operated, even during Prohibition, makes us the oldest winery in America. Brotherhood is listed on both the National and New York State Historic Registers. Under the direction of world renowned winemaster, Cesar Baeza, the varietals and specialty wines are unsurpassed. Browse through our "History of Brotherhood" exhibit, tour some of the largest wine cellars in the country and finish with a wine tasting in our tasting rooms.
